Department of Computer Science was established in M.E.S College of Arts and Sciences, in the year 2009, with the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer Science.

About the Department:

Today the Department has a vibrant student body numbering about 65, mostly supported by scholarships. The vision of the department is to enable Student's excellence in the world of computer science and automation.

Courses offered:

B.Sc (CS), The U.G programme in Computer Science is perhaps the most popular programme in Education field now, with an average intake of 24 students per year. The Computer Science department makes all efforts in imparting high quality education to its highly motivated students. The B.Sc programme has innovatively been designed to cater to the global demands and offers a balanced coverage of hardware and software systems. The programme includes elective courses covering thrust areas such as Networking, OS, Parallel Architectures & High performance computing, Security and Embedded Systems Cloud Computing, Different programming languages, Management and behavior with subsidiary mathematics and statistics.
